<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Stop Civil Asset Forfeiture Funding for Marijuana Suppression Act of 2015</b></p> <p>This bill prohibits the Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund from being used for the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA's) Domestic Cannabis Suppression/Eradication Program or any substantially similar program.</p> <p>No property may be transferred to a federal or state and local agency for purposes pertaining to such a program.</p> <p>The bill expresses the sense of Congress that the DEA's marijuana prohibition policy is an inappropriate use of resources.</p>]]></summary-text>
