<summary-text><![CDATA[<p> Permits a member of the Armed Forces who is involuntarily separated from active duty or the Selected Reserve and who has a service-connected disability (and the member's dependents) to use commissary and exchange stores on the same basis as a member entitled to retired or retainer pay.</p> <p>Directs the Secretary of Defense to ensure that such authority is fully implemented within 90 days after the enactment of this Act. </p>]]></summary-text>
