Ronald Reagan Birthplace Historic Site Establishment Act

Directs the Department of the Interior to: (1) purchase the Ronald Reagan Birthplace and Museum in Tampico, Illinois, from a willing seller, (2) designate it as the Ronald Reagan Birthplace Historic Site, and (3) prepare a general management plan for such Site.
