Hurricane Sand Dunes National Recreation Area Act of 2014 2014-12-11 Introduced in Senate Hurricane Sand Dunes National Recreation Area Act of 2014 - Establishes the Hurricane Sand Dunes National Recreation Area in Utah to provide for the enhancement of recreational uses and the use of off-highway vehicles.

Provides for the conveyance of federal lands in Washington County in an equal-value exchange for certain state lands identified on a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) map for the area dated November 14, 2014.
