<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Combating Fraudulent Child Transfers Act - Amends federal criminal law to make it unlawful for a person to obtain custody of an unaccompanied alien child if the person: (1) makes any materially false or fraudulent statement, or knowingly makes or uses any false writing or document; and (2) intends to subject the child to an offense relating to peonage, slavery, or trafficking in persons. </p> <p>Subjects any person who violates or attempts or conspires to violate such provision to a fine and imprisonment of up to 15 years.</p>]]></summary-text>
