<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center Act of 2014 - Ratifies the conveyance of 27.29 acres of land from the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks to the United States. </p> <p>Directs the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to carry out a pilot project under which USDA offers a lease to the Lewis &amp; Clark Foundation of the land and improvements comprising the federal interest in the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center located in Great Falls, Montana. </p> <p>Requires the United States to reserve the right to locate, develop, and use the Interpretive Center for other uses by the federal government that are compatible with the purposes and operation of the Center. </p>]]></summary-text>
