<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Credit Card Theft Sentencing Act of 2014 - Amends the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to set penalties of a fine, imprisonment for at least 25 years or for life, or both for intentionally accessing a computer without authorization or exceeding authorized access and thereby obtaining information of 1 million or more credit card holders contained in a financial record of a financial institution or a card issuer, contained in a file of a consumer reporting agency on a consumer, from any federal agency, or from any protected computer.</p>]]></summary-text>
