2014-01-14 Introduced in Senate Clarity for Military Retiree Health Care Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the tax exclusion of benefits under cafeteria employee benefit plans, to allow a participant in a cafeteria plan which permits a revocation of an election during a period of coverage and a new election based upon a change in status event, to treat an event that causes an employee to become eligible for coverage under the TRICARE health care program for military personnel as a change in status event.
