2013-07-18 Introduced in Senate Healthy Competition for Small Business Act - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to allow qualified employers under such Act to offer their employees enrollment in a health benefits plan under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program when fewer than two qualified health plans are offered through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP Exchange) and no multi-state qualified health plan is available under such Act.
