2013-08-02 Introduced in House Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that no bill or resolution shall pass that continues appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations or increases the borrowing authority relating to the public debt limit unless it contains a provision prohibiting the expenditure of any federal funds to implement or enforce any provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or the health care provisions of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.
