<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Stop Ebola Act - Prohibits: (1) a consular officer from issuing an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa to any alien who is a citizen or national of a country designated by the World Health Organization as having widespread and intense transmissions under the World Health Organization Ebola Response Roadmap; and (2) an alien from being admitted into the United States if the alien's journey to the United States originated in, or included transit through, any such country.</p>]]></summary-text>
