2014-07-24 Introduced in House Pell Grant Accessibility Act - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Education to waive the ban on participation in the Federal Pell Grant program by an institution of higher education (IHE) (or an affiliate that controls the IHE) that has filed for bankruptcy if: (1) that filing occurred at least five years before the IHE seeks a waiver of such ban, (2) the IHE submits to the Secretary such information as the Secretary considers appropriate, and (3) the Secretary determines that the IHE should not be subject to the ban.
