2014-07-23 Introduced in House Members Play By the Same Rules Act of 2014 - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to eliminate Federal Employee Health Benefits Program premium subsidies for Members of Congress. Provides that the only way Members of Congress can satisfy the minimum essential coverage requirement through individual coverage is to enroll in a health plan offered by the health insurance exchange to residents of the congressional district or state they represent.
