DELIVER Act 2014-06-25 Introduced in House Doctors' Education Loans Impact VA Employee Retention Act or the DELIVER Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to establish and carry out a program to make each monthly payment owed by a VA employee on a covered loan during such employee's period of service to the VA.

Defines a "covered loan" as a loan under the Federal Family Education Loan program or the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan program that is in repayment under an income-based repayment plan under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
