<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Safe Skies Act of 2014 - Directs the President to: (1) report annually to Congress identifying each foreign country that does not use the Stolen and Lost Travel Documents (SLTD) database of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to determine the passport accuracy of prospective passengers on commercial flights, and (2) suspend assistance for a fiscal year to an identified foreign country. </p> <p>Authorizes the President to waive such limitation in whole or in part with respect to a foreign country if: (1) the President certifies to Congress that it is in U.S. national security interests to do so, and (2) such determination is approved by an Act of Congress. </p>]]></summary-text>
