2014-03-27 Introduced in House Prohibits the number of limousines in the federal fleet for FY2015 and each fiscal year thereafter from exceeding 50% of the number of such limousines in the fleet as of the last day of FY2014. Excepts any limousine determined to be essential for reasons of national security.
