To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to United States Route 78 in Mississippi, and for other purposes. 2014-05-19 Passed House without amendment (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.)

Permits the continued operation of trucks on any segment of U.S. Route 78 in Mississippi from mile marker 0 to mile marker 113 that is designated as a route on the Interstate System. Prohibits federal weight limitation requirements from applying to those trucks that could operate legally on such segment before that designation.
