2014-02-28 Introduced in House Small Business Attraction and Retention Act of 2014 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend the period during which an employer may qualify for the small employer health insurance tax credit from two to three consecutive taxable years beginning with the first taxable year in which such employer offers one or more qualified health plans to its employees through an American Health Benefit Exchange.
