<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Blackwater Trading Post Land Transfer Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to take the Blackwater Trading Post lands in Pinal County, Arizona, into trust for the benefit of the Gila River Indian Community of the Gila River Indian Reservation after the Community: (1) conveys such lands to the Secretary; (2) requests the Secretary to take such lands into trust for the Community; (3) if a survey is necessary, conducts one pursuant to this Act; and (4) pays the cost of any such survey. </p> <p>Treats the lands that are taken into trust as a part of the Gila River Indian Reservation. </p> <p>Prohibits the Community from conducting gaming on such lands. </p>]]></summary-text>
