To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit former Members of Congress from engaging in lobbying contacts. 2014-02-06 Introduced in House Amends the federal criminal code to replace the current two-year ban on lobbying contacts by former Senators and one-year ban on lobbying contacts by former Members of the House of Representatives with any Member, officer, or employee of either chamber with an outright ban at any time on such contacts, subject to fines and/or imprisonment.

Specifies a one-year ban on lobbying contacts by former elected officers of the House with any House Member, officer, or employee.
