<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Big Brother Is Not Watching You Act - Requires the President and all executive departments and independent agencies to take all actions, including rulemaking, needed to implement the 46 recommendations of the report entitled &quot;Liberty and Security in a Changing World,&quot; issued on December 12, 2013, by the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies.</p> <p>Requires all necessary rulemaking to be concluded within one year, and all necessary executive orders to be issued within six months, of the enactment of this Act. </p> <BR>]]></summary-text>
