2013-12-19 Introduced in House Repeals the provision of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 that reduces the cost-of-living adjustment to the retirement pay of members of the Armed Forces under age 62. Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to reduce funding for the Prevention and Public Health Fund in FY2015-FY2022 to provide for an offset against the cost of such repeal.
