Jobs for Veterans Act of 2013 2013-12-04 Introduced in House Jobs for Veterans Act of 2013 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow an increased work opportunity tax credit for the hiring in 2013 or 2014 of veterans discharged or released from active military duty after September 11, 2001.

Reduces amounts authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs for general administration in FY2013 and FY2014 to offset the cost of the increased credit allowed by this Act.
