2013-12-04 Introduced in House No Identity Theft in Health Care Act of 2013 - Amends the federal criminal code to impose an additional five-year prison sentence for committing a felony offense of aggravated identity theft, if such offense was facilitated by being a U.S. officer or employee charged with implementing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
