Clark Hero Flight Act of 2013 - Authorizes the Secretary of the military department concerned to pay the expenses of one stopover (either by direct or indirect routing), if requested, during the transportation of the remains of certain military decedents to the place selected by the person designated to direct disposition of such remains.
