2013-08-02 Introduced in House Unnecessary Cap Act of 2013 - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to repeal the annual limitation on deductibles under the essential health benefits of employer-sponsored qualified health plans of: (1) $2,000 in the case of a plan covering a single individual, and (2) $4,000 in the case of any other plan.
