<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Guard and Reserve Equal Access to Health Act - Directs the Secretary of the military department concerned to provide a physical examination to each member of a reserve component who: (1) will not otherwise receive one through that department, and (2) elects to receive such examination. Requires the Secretary concerned to: (1) provide such examination during the 90-day period before such member's scheduled date of separation, and (2) provide such member with a record of the examination.</p> <p>Prohibits a member from being entitled to transitional health care benefits through their department solely by reason of being provided such examination.</p>]]></summary-text>
