2013-07-24 Introduced in House Protect Patient Access to Quality Health Professionals Act of 2013 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to remove prohibitions enacted under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that prohibit a health plan from discriminating with respect to participation under the plan or coverage against any health care provider who is acting within the scope of that provider's license or certification under applicable state law.
