2013-07-16 Introduced in House American Public Housing Act of 2013 - Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to exempt from reduction, under any sequestration ordered by the President, the following Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) accounts:

• Choice Neighborhoods Initiative,
• Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund Program Account,
• Native American Housing Block Grants,
• Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant,
• Project-Based Rental Assistance,
• Public Housing Capital Fund,
• Public Housing Operating Fund, and
• Tenant-Based Rental Assistance.
