2013-06-27 Introduced in House Stop Playing on Citizen's Cash Act - Prohibits the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from holding any conference until: (1) the Inspector General for Tax Administration of the Department of the Treasury submits to Congress a report certifying that the IRS has implemented all recommendations set forth in the Inspector General's report titled "Review of the August 2010 Small Business/Self-Employed Division's Conference in Anaheim, California" and describing such implementation; and (2) the IRS is authorized by law to resume holding conferences.
