2013-06-05 Introduced in House Base Redevelopment and Indemnification Correction Act - Amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 to expand the indemnification responsibilities of the Department of Defense (DOD) with respect to transferred property at former military installations to include all military installations closed since October 24, 1988, the date of enactment of the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act.
