ITEP Act of 2013 2013-05-22 Introduced in House Information Technology Exchange Program Act of 2013 or ITEP Act of 2013 - Amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 to extend through FY2023 a pilot program for the temporary exchange of information technology personnel between the Department of Defense (DOD) and the private sector.
