        <text><![CDATA[<p><strong>For Sale Act of 2025</strong></p><p>This bill requires the General Services Administration (GSA) to sell the following federal buildings for fair market value at highest and best use:</p><ul><li>the Department of Agriculture South Building,</li><li>the Hubert&nbsp;H. Humphrey Federal Building,</li><li>the Frances Perkins Federal Building,</li><li>the James&nbsp;V. Forrestal Building,</li><li>the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building, and</li><li>the Robert&nbsp;C. Weaver Federal Building.</li></ul><p>Federal agencies currently occupying these buildings must vacate them and relocate to another federal building within 18 months of enactment. GSA must sell the buildings within two years of vacancy.&nbsp;</p><p>GSA may not sell these buildings to any foreign person, foreign entity, or entity of which a foreign person is a beneficial owner. The sales of these buildings are exempt from certain statutory requirements, including those associated with specified environmental and historic preservation laws.</p>]]></text>
