          <text>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Global Technology Leadership Act&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This bill requires the President to establish an Office of Global Competition Analysis.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The office must evaluate the leadership of the United States in science, technology, and innovation sectors that are critical to national security and the economy, particularly with respect to other countries that are its chief competitors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The office must analyze U.S. policies, research and development capabilities, and trends and trajectories related to technology and innovation. It must also assess threats and risks to U.S. interests in relation to other countries. The office must engage with federal agencies and the private sector to obtain relevant information, and it must report annually on its activities.&lt;/p&gt;</text>
