These factors include &lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;the ability of passengers of different ages (e.g., infants, children, and senior citizens); &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;the ability of passengers with disabilities;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;the ability of passengers who do not speak English; and&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt; seat size, seat pitch, and aisle width. &lt;/ul&gt;</text>
