Section 8, Clauses 1 and 18 of theUnited States Constitution.The single subject of this legislation is:This bill requires commercial data operators to disclose tousers what types of user data are collected, and the usageand value of that data. Commercial data operators must alsoprovide users with a way to delete this data. Commercial dataoperators that issue securities must report the value oftheir user data and the value of any third-party contractsmade for the collection of user data.[Page H3524]&lt;/pre&gt;</constitutionalAuthorityStatementText>
