00 2024-03-21 Introduced in House 2024-10-15T14:40:04Z <p><strong>Artificial Intelligence Practices, Logistics, Actions, and Necessities Act or the AI PLAN Act</strong></p><p>This bill requires the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Commerce (DOC) to submit a report that discusses the national and economic security risks posed by the use of artificial intelligence in the commission of financial crimes and a list of resources needed by federal agencies to combat these risks.
