        <text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Transportation Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Act</strong></p><p>This bill directs the Department of Transportation (DOT) to establish a grant program for protection and advocacy (P&amp;A)&nbsp;systems to advocate for individuals with disabilities to access transportation.
