          <text>&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tribal Conservation Priorities Inclusion Act&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This bill includes Indian tribes as entities that can identify priority resource concerns under certain federal conservation programs.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Currently, a &lt;i&gt;priority resource concern&lt;/i&gt; is defined as a natural resource concern or problem, as determined by the Department of Agriculture, that is identified at the national, state, or local level as a priority for a particular area of a state. This bill expands the definition to include identification at the tribal level as a priority for a particular area on tribal land.&lt;/p&gt;</text>
