          <text>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strengthening the NRC Workforce Act of 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This bill authorizes the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to address insufficient compensation of its personnel without regard to civil service laws.
