          <text>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;American Confidence in Elections: District of Columbia Voter List Maintenance Act&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This bill establishes certain voter registration requirements for elections in the District of Columbia (DC).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Under the bill, a voter must register at least 30 days before an&amp;nbsp;election.
