00 2023-05-18 Introduced in House 2024-02-07T13:57:00Z <p><b>EANS Extension Act</b></p> <p>This bill extends the availability of funds for the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) program. The EANS program provides services or assistance to eligible nonpublic schools to address educational disruptions caused by the COVID-19 emergency.</p> <p>Specifically, the bill extends through September 30, 2023, the availability of funds provided for the EANS program by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.</p> <p>The bill also extends through September 30, 2024, the availability of funds provided for the EANS program by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.</p>
