00 2023-05-11 Introduced in House 2024-01-12T19:20:00Z <p><b>Diagnostic Lab Testing Transparency Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires providers of clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under Medicare to publicly post certain information relating to the prices of services.</p> <p>Specifically, providers must post and annually update information about the discounted cash price and the minimum and maximum negotiated rates of each test, including ancillary services. The Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services may assess civil penalties for violations.</p>
