00 2023-05-05 Introduced in House 2024-01-18T15:19:31Z <p>This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Manatee Semipostal Stamp.</p> <p>Proceeds from the sale of the stamp must be transferred to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for purposes of conserving manatees and manatee habitat in the United States.</p> <p>The stamp must be made available to the public for at least two years.</p>
