        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Investing in American Defense Technologies Act of 2022</strong></p> <p>This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to implement a five-year pilot program to accelerate the development of advanced technology for national security by creating incentives for trusted private capital to invest in domestic small businesses or nontraditional businesses that are developing technology that DOD considers necessary to support the modernization of DOD and national security priorities. DOD must brief Congress on the implementation and outcomes of the pilot program.</p>]]></text>
