        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Seasonal Airport Parity Act</strong></p>  <p>This bill allows designated nonhub commercial service airports receiving scheduled air carrier service for fewer than six months annually (i.e., seasonal airports) to receive minimum apportionments of funds available to sponsors of primary airports. The airport must have passenger boardings of at least 8,000 in the calendar year used to calculate the apportionment.</p>]]></text>
