        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Global Fragility and Violence Reduction Act of 2018</b></p> <p>This bill directs the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development to submit to Congress: (1) a 10-year Global Initiative to Reduce Fragility and Violence aimed at reducing and addressing the causes of violence, instability, and fragility in at least six priority countries; and (2) a related implementing strategy.</p> <p>Funds made available in any Act making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs for priority countries may be used to support this initiative and individual priority country plans.</p> <p>The Government Accountability Office shall review U.S. assistance activities in each priority country.</p>]]></text>
