        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Transportation Workforce Recovery and Retention Act</strong></p> <p> This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration to continue to prioritize and support the Human Intervention Motivation Study (HIMS) program for flight crewmembers and the Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP) for flight attendants.</p> <p>The Transportation Research Board shall conduct a study on the HIMS program and the FADAP and make recommendations to the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Transportation on how to implement similar programs to help other types of transportation workers get treatment for drug and alcohol abuse and return to work.<br> </p>]]></text>
