        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Opioid Addiction Treatment Programs Enhancement Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) to publish annually a report on the prevalence of substance use disorders and associated treatment within the Medicaid population in each state and U.S. territory.&nbsp;The report must include&nbsp;the number of substance use disorder diagnoses and the types of treatment received. The CMS must use specified data to compile the report and must make the data available to researchers and states. </p>]]></text>
