        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Regional Health Care Emergency Preparedness and Response Systems Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) to publish guidelines for health care facilities on responding to a public health emergency involving chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear agents. ASPR may also establish a demonstration program to improve medical response systems in accordance with the guidelines.</p> <p>The Government Accountability Office must report on the progress of health care facilities in implementing the guidelines.</p>]]></text>
